Lewis Stein

CV

Lewis Stein (1945-2022) was an American Artist born in Manhattan in New York City. He worked and lived in New York (USA). He studied between 1964 and 1966 at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and also attended the University of California at Berkeley between 1966 and 1968. 

His works are in the following collections and museums, among others: the New Museum, New York; Ludwig Museum, Cologne; Dakis Joannou Collection, Greece; Museum Fur Moderne Kunst, Frankfurt, Germany; MAMCO, Musee d’art Moderne et Contemporain, Geneva; Wilhelm and Gaby Schurmann, Berlin.
